cymaz Posted December 23, 2013 Share Posted December 23, 2013 I was doing a balance check on the new Stampe on Sunday. It suddenly dawned on me that was the plan c of g correct. Was there an easy way of finding out where it should be? Just put in the numbers and out pops the theoretical measurement from the leading edge. A good place to start the c of g, of course further adjustment might be needed. It just so happens that I found a great calculator..**HERE** . If you look down the right hand column there is all sorts of useful stuff. I checked my wing numbers against the calculator and they were more or less the same as plan. There are also servo calculators etc, useful stuff.
