Wendy (Perfect-Pilots)
We’ve recently completed an interesting but challenging bespoke project. Our customer was invited to the Netherlands to fly his Grasshopper in a display to honour the troop drops in Arnhem. He needed a 1/3 scale animated American pilot. The animation was the really interesting part of this project. We have made many pilots with head movement, but this was even more interesting than that. The pilot would need to look to the right, lift his right arm and “fire” a pistol! Here you can see the result. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CRnUhAEHsdQ&feature=youtu.be Edited By Wendy (Perfect-Pilots) on 29/08/2014 13:50:
Tony Read 2
Nice work for sure! Not sure why you would want to fire a pistol from a Grasshopper though, what was he supposed to be aiming at?
Wendy (Perfect-Pilots)
Hi Tony It seems rather strange, I agree. Our pilot in his Grasshopper will be representing an American pilot who shot down a Fieseler Fi-156 Storch. Regards Wendy
