andyh
I dare say this may be buried somewhere in the main thread, but for searchability ... has anyone done the Tx upgrades which I think were a haptic (ie vibration) module & 5- (maybe 6-) position switches as replacements for one or both of the pots? if anyone has done this, I'd be interested to hear your experiencces thanks Andy

Chris Bott - Moderator
I've done the haptic, andyh (see my RCM&E article). To be honest I'd think long and hard whether to bother. Some of the soldering on the Taranis circuit board is very tiny indeed which presents it's own risk, and once done the vibration is very weak. I've not added the 6 way switch but assume this is a plug in replacement for a knob with a software setting. I've swapped the fingertip sliders. This is very worthwhile if you have the old notchy ones, the new ones have a much better feel. These plug in, just watch that the right one goes in the right side.
