Colin Carpenter
Hi CJD. This tailwheel assembly is the same as the Hobbyking S Bach 1400mm Foam e .My wires were too long and had to be shortened to fit. There are good pics on RC groups blog on the S Bach as the pics in manual were useless. Hope this helps. Colin.

CJD
Hi Colin. What lipos do you use with the MX 2 some say 3s other say 4s. Colin
Colin Carpenter
Hi Colin. I don`t have the MX2 but the HK S Bach, which by the construction method and photos ,look like they both come from the same Chinese manufacturer. I use a Turnigy 4S 3300 which gives a superb performance and the verticals are great. About a 6-7 min run time. I found the plastic collet which pivots the tail wheel lasted 4 flights so fitted a brass square collet to the stub and soldered a tube to it for the wheel pivot and it has lasted well. CJD
Hi Colin. Assuming the mx2 is similar to the Bach, how did you fit the 4s lipos on there side,as mine won't go on in the other way.
Colin Carpenter
Hello Colin. Yes the 4s lipo is turned on its side as the gap between the wing mouldings is too small. I just use Velcro and a battery strap without problems .The S Bach is now my clubs favourite plane - 6 of em !! Regards Colin (and let me know how it goes please) . CJD
Hi Colin. Thanks for the reply, yes I will keep in touch with you, what's the S Bach to fly is it forgiving. Colin
Colin Carpenter
Hi again Colin. The S Bach is an absolute delight to fly and a real floater on landing. Supposed to have differential but having tried it I no longer use it . If the MX 2 flies the same you will enjoy it but use low rates if needed on the maiden. My clubs take on the S Bach is best foamie anyone has bought for the money !!!! Colin
CJD
Hi Colin. I see HK do 2 models of the S Bach the balsa one and the foamie, but it's out of stock at the moment, will possibly get one when back in stock. Colin
