New LiFe Cell Voltages

Its fine. Life's dont need balancing in the same way that lipos do - and theres a lot of nonsense talked about lipo balancing.

With a lipo, as long as no cell goes above 4.2v on charge and below a minimum that damages the cell irreversibly on discharge, thats all that matters.
Mid charge/discharge, a few mV between cells matters not a jot. The point is that lipo chemistry is critical of charge & discharge end-voltages.

Lifes on the other hand are extremely tolerant of abuse and do not have the same critical maximum and minimum voltages. They can be charged to significant overvoltage and almost completely discharged without harm. Balancing a Life to a few mV is therefore a bit of a waste of effort. Charge it, fly it!

Cheers
