Anybody picked anything Sauber Should be interesting.

Will have another bash no double points this year ruined my season last year
-
Yeah the rain has started already not been down to the festival. I do have the free Jocasta plan so could build that probably better for me to fly anyway. How do I work out what materials I would need? I haven't got anything so need enough to build it and possibly make a few mistakes. I would rather have plenty left for other projects than not enough
-
They want £12 postage to the UK I can get a Spitfire fun fighter kit sent for £20 so might have a go at that. Probably an easier first build anyway. I am in Brittany

Looks like I am out with the Cub myhobbystore want £69.48 postage to France for the plan, cowl, and gazing strip. CRAZY

As MrB said change the difficulty of the model I find them too easy on 50% I always up them to 100% but I think many models still adjust the throws etc to a reasonable amount. We sometimes have an online session on here but haven't recently. Maybe time we did I haven't much real flight time so cant comment on its realism too much but it has taught me to fly a Bixler 2 on my own. Edited By RichFR on 25/11/2014 16:54:21

double points At least Lewis didn't loose out to them. Thanks John for running this. Pointers for next year well I didn't change my selection at all throughout the year I finished with what I started with main thing is don't miss the predictions
-
Double points for predictions too

No problem John I don't mind what plan is used but be nice if 3 or 4 people build the same one. I don't mind not having a wood or CNC pack if somebody can work out what raw materials would be needed for those that haven't got a stock of wood.

I would like to give the cub a go if others are using the same plan/build. It will be my first so would need other build blogs to help me preferably electric. If not may try an electric funfighter.
-
I would get realflight first and practice a lot. Get an old cheap TX you can use just on the sim or buy a nice 2.4 that you can use later. That's what I did and I managed to fly a Bixler 2 on my own but if possible get to a club.

Thanks will give it a balance then With Hobbyking if I have had a problem with anything I have taken a video and they have credited my account if its faulty. I didn't have to send it back. Thanks again

Not yet if its a sign of a bad pack I was going to RMA it. Will balance if it doesn't matter. Sure I read that with a Lipo its a sign the pack has a bad cell as they shouldn't have been charged or discharged when new so a low cell voltage is not good.
-
I Have just got a HobbyKing 3s 1500mAh LiFe battery for my transmitter and it has one cell with a lower voltage. 1. 3.26 2. 3.27 3. 3.07 Is this ok for a new LiFe? or is it like a Lipo and it has a bad cell? Edited By RichFR on 13/11/2014 17:17:43

The most meaningless championship ever if Lewis and I lose this one to double points I haven't changed anything since the first round and I am sticking to it now But if double points gives Nico the championship F1 isn't going to be the same to me
