Andy Green Posted November 20, 2014 Share Posted November 20, 2014 Hi Gav Its not too difficult, if you look at how I did it it was a step at a time, checking along the way. Have a look at my DSM Saphir build and I have done a similar thing. The thing you need to do is joint the blocks to the top skin for strength, and the bottom is glassed when I do the centre section.you will see I use Gorilla glue to fill and holes / spaces. If you go with Foamwings I got mine from Foamwings.co.uk, I've also had a set of laser cut ribs from Dylan at Lasercraft Services for a build up version.
