Alistair Scolley
John C: Yes, you probably could reach across for the trim levers with your left hand, but beware. Some transmitters have the on/off switch right next to the trim lever ... Alistair
monty2
Just a thought for those with problems, as I have, being a senior citizen recently returned as a learner with all this modern technology, after crashing ( re arranging) my normal trainer, bought an E flite apprentice with a Spektrum stability programme receiver. This was brill for take off and landing on beginner mode However I did have on my third flight of the day, a wind issue, my fault for not changing the mode to a intermediate status. But I finally corrected and landed her OK. Got a telling off from my expert friend for not shouting for help. No damage done. I am definitely not an ad for Spektrum but it saved my model and my pride. Other Flyers at the site that day were astounded at what this model would do and at least 2 experienced flyers are seriously considering purchasing the receiver. Our site has always had a bit of a wind problem.
