fly boy3
Welcome to the forum Steve. Sorry cannot help with the ID, but it's a lovely looking and very well built model. I too await its identification, there are many people who may be able to help on this forum. Cheers
Bob Cotsford
Coverite PeaShooter, I had one twenty or thirty years ago, I even had it on floats for a while. It's a really nice sports model, absolutely vice free. I ran a Meteor 40 in mine iirc. Bet you didn't know Coverite used to make kits! leccyflyer
Looks a bit like a Priory Models Silhouette with the cowl fitted upside down.....
Bob Cotsford
If it's the Coverite model, it's a built-up wing and the top deck is a thin abs moulding. US Ebay

leccyflyer
It's not a Silhouette - the vertical tail looks like one, but the undercarriage is all wrong, as is the turtle deck and wingtips.
leccyflyer
Here's a picture of my Silhouette for comparative purposes
Bob Cotsford
See the top deck and canopy on the OP's pics? Moulded ABS, it's the Coverite jobbie. The concave channel section on top of the cowl is pretty definitive. Originally it would have had abs spats too. It was one of my all time favourites (donning rose tinted spectacles) and if I can find my old plans one I would like to build again at some point.
