Glyn44
When writing text in the forum text boxes on my iPad, when I press return, to create a new line, the cursor always returns to top most left hand corner. (Above the first line of text) then I manually have to touch the screen at the start of the new line to get it into the correct place. Any ideas. Steve T
Same for me on this I pood, return seems to mean start again! It also adds a blank line even if you do not require one grammatically, for all us old school English who even put punctuation in text messages !! Glyn44
Ah well, I think it's down to poor beta testing then. At least it's not just me. These forums are usually a server side script, so the hosting company should fix it. I'm not buying an Andoid, I'll just DIY it. Have fun, Glyn. WolstonFlyer
Hi Glyn, The on screen editor uses JavaScript, there will be a bug in it that causes the problem on the iPad. The IT people at MyTimeMedia would have to fix it. I don't think there will be a work around other than perhaps writing your text in another iPad app and then paste it in to the forum.
