john melia 1
I have the official pheonix dongle which up until last night was perfectly fine , until today when I switched on the computer opened pheonix and plugged the dongle into both the usb port and my tx A message then appeared indicating it wasnt recognised , I switched everything off and tried again , only to be presented with the same error message In the device manager it says usb not recognised and a yellow asterix , imtried a mouse in the usb port and that works fine , so it seems the problem is with the dongle itself Just seems strange how it was working perfect the night before . Does anyone know if phoenix would replace the dongle , or would I have to basically pay for another phoenix
Stevo
Oh no... May be worth getting them to do a replacement and see what happens. Looks like the dongle has gone AWOL
John Privett
John, I'm fairly sure they will replace it as long as you can send the "damaged" one back - don't know what they'd charge, but it should be a lot less than buying a new copy of Phoenix. I'm sure I read this somewhere in the context of somebody saying, "the dog chewed the dongle."
john melia 1
I have the dongle here in front of me and it looks in perfect condition , certainly my dogs have not chewed it , like I say it was fine last night
john melia 1
I've sent an email off to phoenix support , hopefully if I'm lucky I'll get a reply

john melia 1
Thanks john , I'll await their reply , and send mine off to them , still seems a bit expensive though by the time I've payed for postage to grt it there , the £15.95 plus postage for a replacement Thinking of now getting one of those all in one jobbies from ebay
Kevin Wilson
All in one jobbie £8 from banggood.com uk warehouse works a treat. Could have had it for £5 from China if I was more patient.
