Phil May
This is my new build, a 52" Impala sloper. Not your normal built up or foam construction, but correx sheet...2mm for the wing and 4mm for the fuz. I've yet to finish the covering and fit a handfull of servos and then it's ready for the maiden. Sorry about the photo on its side...😕 Phil

Phil May
Job done, ready for the maiden, hopefully this weekend. Here it is with one of my favorite models, my PMP Hawk. Wonky photo again sorry lol Phil Edited By Phil May on 20/03/2015 18:59:
Phil May
Not only did I maiden the Imp today, but carried it out on a slope I've never flown before, the awsome Wrecker at the Bwlch. This model was a very cheap build, all up excluding the rx was a mere £48. The maiden went well, very well infact.... Andy Meade gave it the old heave ho for me and surprisingly it went out pretty straight and level, quickly gaing height. A couple of left to rights and then I began chucking it about a bit, rolls as quick as you want but inverted flight needed full down, a dive test confirmed nose heavy.Landing was spot on. This is going to be a fun model to fly when i get the c of g spot on. Phil Edited By Phil May on 21/03/2015 19:04:
Andy Meade
She went very well, looks the part on the ground and in the air. Looked a real pleasure to fly straight away!
