Andy Meade
Lovely! I really fancy one of these too after seeing Steve's too - following with interest
Steve McLaren
These two guys are being a bit over generous! What they should be saying is that mine flew eventually! - after some un-contolled tumbling backwards in the strong wind, and a bit of messing about to find a workable CG position. And then it required a large amount of aileron to get it trimmed. And then it managed to fly quite well for a few minutes until I lost control of it whilst flying over my head, and impaled it in the ground like a javelin! But I am still convinced it is going to be a great fun model! It is a testament to the strengh of the Alan Hulme design that even after that it just neads a little minor repair work and it should be back in the skies very soon! So it's great to see another one being built. I am sure you will enjoy it John.
Andy Meade
Nothing like parking a Viggen backwards behind the pits though It's just down to tuning really - where you built things different to plan, you might have some real-world tweaking to get things right. John - are you going for a wing as per plan, or scale like Steve's?
John Mccullagh
my wing is smaller than the plan( as is Steves,).I hope to fly it on sunday if the forcast is correct, and not too windy i dont fancy a first flight in conditions like last week. sorry to read about your plane Steve.
