Frank Skilbeck
Gary, you can't use a transmitter based servo slow to adjust the speed of electric retracts. All the retract sees is an up or down position and then operates. If you wanted to have the retracts operate and staggered intervals you could put them on different channels with different servo slow on each, they would then operate when they hit the trigger point. The only way to slow electric retracts would be to reduce the power voltage to the units.
Bob Cotsford
To stagger the retracts put the legs on different channels as Frank said, but use a delay rather than slow which is defined in 'Mixers'. Here's an example using channels 5 and 6 I use delays on my Macchi to open and close the inner gear doors, the 8 second delay on closing allows the leg time to retract. The curve is just to use a 3 position switch as a 2 position - centre and down are both set to 100%
