Piers Bowlan Posted May 24, 2017 Share Posted May 24, 2017 Yes definitely worth a try Keith, if you have a bigger capacity battery (4S 5000mAh?). Failing that try running it on the bench with two 4S 3200mAh LiPos in parallel, as presumably you have more than one (don't forget the wattmeter!). It will be a lot kinder to the battery, give you longer flight times, probably give you more power (less voltage drop under load) and battery life will be a much better too.
