steven patey
Anyone fly regularly at the above site? I've read that its a good site when the wind's South Westerly (ie the prevaling wind). Anyone know of any other sites in northumberland (and ussable wind direction) I know about collywell bay,Seaton Sluice, but I gather that's NE direction only? PatMc
I've never heard of Tritlington Mount but Titlington Pike is a good slope soaring site for SW - through to NW. A search on Google maps for : 55°26'04.9"N 1°51'55.1"W will take you to the road beside it change to Street View shows the gate at the foot of the hill. Parking is on the road next to the gate, there's an access trail up the N side of hill, walk up there but don't drive up it.
