Speedster
Is there anyone who knows about an omega glider from around 1985. Just got one and have heard it maybe came from UK magazine. Something is wrong around the canopy. John Muir
Hi Soren, It was published in RCM&E but before 1978, it's in the plan's handbook for that year. Plan number RC/1197, if that's of any help. The picture in the book is very small and unclear, so not any help. John.
Peter Miller
Well I can tell you that it is post 73. Not in that catalogue.
Colin Bernard
A quick Google brings up this confirming the plan and designer. The forum mentioned has a video of the Omega on post 199 on page 5 here Edited By Colin Bernard on 01/11/2017 14:27:
Speedster
Thank you very much, this was a good help and the fuselage plan is ok for me to make a new canopy/hatch. I got the glider with 1 set of guild up wings, 1 set foam covered with balsa, and 1 set cut foam with one half covered with balsa. I hope to have it ready for flight soon Cheers Soren
