Multi rotor training day

Second that Tom. The average drone racer will not be interested and the ones who buy a drone at the petrol station usually don't give a fig about the 'official' rules surround UAVs. As a commercial drone pilot I would dearly love for more 'casual' fliers to learn about and abide by these rules but I can't see it happening through a voluntary process. Manufacturers are waking up to the problem of illegal flying and have introduced more stringent ring fencing for their drones and this will, over time, filter down to cheaper ones too. But the vast majority will still be totally under the control of the operator who will fly them when and where they want!

Slightly off topic I know but it is something I feel quite strongly about!
