EvilC57 Posted June 10, 2018 Share Posted June 10, 2018 Hi All, One of the 30A Opto ESCs in my 5 year old DJI Flamewheel F550 has developed a fault. The associated motor judders back & forward, and won't start properly. With a series of motor substitutions and FC to ESC signal cable swaps, I'm now confident that it's the ESC that's at fault, not the motor or Naza FC. The original DJI ESCs no longer seem to be available. So the question is, can I replace the duff one with any similar 30A Opto-isolated SimonK type ESC? Or am I likely to encounter problems with throttle calibration, speed matching (to the other 5 motors) etc.? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
