Tim Donald
Will Ripmax SD100 servos work directly from a 1S Lipo or will they loose too much torque?
Denis Watkins
You can see the SD100s are 4.8v Tim But there are other micro servos, to suit you, From Micron HK 2.2gm Micro Servo Specification, Size (LxWxH): 16 x 8 x 20 mm Weight: 2.5 gm Torque: 0.2 kg/cm @ 3.7V Speed: 0.08 sec/60° @ 3.7V Edited By Denis Watkins on 08/11/2019 19:33:
Tim Donald
Thanks, I ask because the spec is 4.0v to 8.4v so wondered if 3.7 would still work. I have them already but no 1S to test. Bought them to run from 2S but a 1S would fit the model better.
Denis Watkins
1S would struggle, and could pull your Rx to failsafe Your answer is small 2S Lipos Underpowering is really problematic on any part of the model Edited By Denis Watkins on 08/11/2019 20:30:
