Dean Hunter
Has any one got a copy of the building instructions for the Ed Kazmirski Taurus? Can someone point me in the right direction please?
kc
The plan together with a copy of the magazine article is on Outerzone. Also an electric version if you search. You need to scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the article and also modifications for proportional RC. Nightflyer
Thanks for that info kc I always loved the Taurus as a youngster in my early years, and might have to build one for the fun of it.
Peter Christy
The area where most people have a problem with the Taurus is the "wrap around" leading edge sheeting. There is a trick to this! Take the LE sheeting, and *before* trying to attach it, soak the outside with water. Use a piece of plastic sponge. This will cause the LE to curl quite a bit, making it much easier to attach without it splitting. I was taught this trick by an old hand, back in the late 60s, and it works like a charm! -- Pete
