Alex Murison
Thank you Just Engines for the prompt replacement, at no cost, of an item lost in the post.
FlyinBrian
Not to take anything away from JE I have found them to be very good to deal with but I think the law on distance / online selling by retailers specifies that if the goods ordered are not delivered the retailer is responsible for refund / replacement. Any lawyers out there Edited April 27, 2021 by FlyinBrian
Nigel R
Quite so. They are a helpful bunch but I believe Brian is right, the seller's responsibility is to ensure your bought and paid for item(s), arrives at your door, in one piece, within the agreed time frame. google for "Consumer Contracts Regulations" (which replaced the old distance selling regs a few years ago). Eric Robson
I ordered some items from Just engines at 3.30pm yesterday, they arrived at 10 am this morning. From Shaftsbury to the North East of England is impressive in that time. Good service from Just Engines and the Royal Mail.
