I need a larger diameter and lower pitch prop than the current 13x6 to tame it down a little. Martin McIntosh Posted May 31, 2021 Author Share Posted May 31, 2021 Yes I did Nigel. One reason for building it that size was because I thought it would save me from moulding one. Don`t know which model it was for but certainly not the 57". A mate is also doing one which was started by his father many years ago and he is having the same problems. I had to remove at least 10mm from the firewall (F2) to squeeze it in place and it only just goes on far enough. It is incredibly thick, about four times thicker than those I make.
