Clark Ross
i am using all four channels on my radio and would like to be able to drop bombs but i don,t have another channel to do it with. i tried using the last part of travel of up elevator to do it but it was to tricky to adjust. does any one have any suggestions? Nik Harrison
You could always sacrifice the rudder control to be the bomb release. If the model is trike it could still be used for steering with a small throw then use bomb release on large throw. Nik
Simon Chaddock
OK but a large rudder throw to release a bomb would not impress the bomb aimer!

Clark Ross
thanks guys.the seperate transmitter sounds most positive but alittle combersome.using the rudder might be easyest since once airborne i fly with the ailerons. the model i am working with is a scratch built xb51 twin ducted fan

Nik Harrison
Never heard of the XB-51 - so I looked it up. [Google makes life too easy] Interesting aircraft. You say you are scratch building so if you need further information try the Smithsonian National Air and Space museum in the States. I was after details on an aircraft and I've just had a very nice reply from them and two superb sets of 3views. All for free and all I did was send an email. One happy Nik Wouldn't mind seeing a picture when you've finished.
