A week back I drove to Rapid RC to buy a few bits, one of which was a set of locking nuts and bolts. Like a twit I bought the M4 when it was the M3 I should have had.  On return to home I quickly understood that the M4 would not fit, and so rang  Justin at Rapid and announced my mistake and mentioned that I was going to pay for it as the return trip was over 30 miles.  Justin quickly said  " don't worry I will put a set of M3s in the post to you right now so they get there asap"  I said OK thanks do you want a card, and he said "  Don't worry bring the wrong ones in for exchange when you are next in " 

 

This sort of service is such a refreshing change, and shows a level of service not seen in many outlets.
