Stuck Prop

Try a piece of wood through the exhaust port to "jam" the piston-  then try turning the prop and easing it off. Otherwise it may require a puller.
Alternative, suspend the engine upside down supported by the prop between two hard wood pieces / vice jaws etc.... and sharply hit the end of the crankshaft to see if it frees off the prop. If absolutely everything above fails, cut it off I guess

Sorry -Couldn't resist it .  By the way Timbo the reason I couldn't insert smilies a short while ago was because I had increased the zoom feature on the lap top to 150 % & it wouldn't let me ! OK on 100%  in other words NOT a fault of the new format which I'm quite happy with now .Well done y'all !
