Peter 'Ivanna Crashalot' Savage
Como te llamas?
Peter Miller
Hi Ruis. OOPS! I goofed. Peter, You used the familar "te", only used for close friends. You should have said "Como se llama usted." This was a very common mistake where I learned but was frowned on in better society. One of the intricacies of what is really a nice simple language. Tim Mackey
The only Spanish I know is Paella and I hate the stuff "office topica " Edited By Timbo - Moderator on 15/04/2009 08:34:
Fanyak
Peter, para mi es una grata sorpresa que sepas algo de español y lo recuerdes después de tantos años. Timbo, I´am sorry you hate the paella as it like nearly all people who try it. I´am fifty and I started studying English four years ago and I think it´s one of the most difficult things I´am doing but I´am not going to give up because I like it. Everyone should learn some other language, it´s very grateful. Regards,

Fanyak
Peter S, I was also studying French but I´ve had to leave it because two languages was too much for me. When I finish the English I´ll probably continue whith French.
