already have a Panasonic HD camcorder, so thought you chaps might like an HD cam too.

It is  rebadged 'Jazz' (Google it) camera, I saw a video taken from a model with it too, true HD at a fractional price.

My old tape MINI DV cam is beginning to look a bit dated. Trouble is when they're still working you feel loath to get rid of 'em. Doubt if anyone would want to buy it second hand.

How does that work? I know the spec shows HD screen resolution, but what does the 5MP refer too, seems a bit low for todays specs !

5MP refers to the still picture resolution.

A video in high def. Not up there with the 1080i, but for chucking into a model aircraft, beats the Flycam, albeit heavier.
