Tony Read 2
Hi, just putting together my ME262. It occured to me that at some time I may need to change/upgrade the motors. Has anyone sussed out a way to do this without having to cut the engine nacells to pieces? Any tips for a EDF tyro?

Dusty
Tony its foam at the end of the day, I dont have a me262 but i do have loads of foam edf models, 1st thing they dont stay pritty forever... cut from the underside, use a brand new scapal blade to keep the cut clean! do what you got to do then reglue the bits you have cut out, a bit of paint and filler will help too... and if your upgrading motors etc your not going to notice minor dents, scrapes etc etc.... when its flying Edited By Dusty on 07/07/2009 20:25:

scott cuppello
Have a look in our album section at the GWS ME262, we carried out a succesful mod using 55mm fans with eflux tubes made from carboard....flies superbly, and does not hang about.
