Simon B
I know it said 95% ready built, but even i was amazed: I'm a slow builder and i'm still waiting for the motor to arrive, but i've ran out of things to do. Next was putting the wheels and spats on: I didn't even have to use glue on the tail, as it bolts on (although i might change this):
Simon B
The servo holes even had thread in them for you to pull the wires through! This is far too easy... Hopefully my motor will arrive tomorrow, but here's the last two pics before i go to bed:

One of the great things about this plane, if you want to travel with it you can unbolt and get it back in its own box. The stock spinner needs a little bit of carving. I think she looks a lot better with one of these. The extra bit of weight also helps with the COG.

Andy Pickford
Im thinking about one of these myself. Is it a one piece wing or did you have to join it? Andy
Simon B
It's a one piece wing, so absolutely nothing to do it.

Simon B
Motor arrived today. Servo extension leads did not. Bah.
Andy Pickford
What size motor and battery are you using?
Simon B
Hi Andy, it's a 220w, 880kv motor and a 11.1v, 2800mah Li-Po. Hopefully going to try it out tonight...
paul@scc
Hi Simon.I think your lipo will have to slide at least half its length backwards to get the correct CoG. Unless your going to add lead to the tail.
Simon B
I've just checked the CoG and you're not wrong! Even when i slide the battery back as far as it'll go it's still massively nose heavy. I'll have to get a ton of lead weight or use a lighter battery...
