  1. Hate to say this but reducing the power does not make it CE compliant.     EN300-328 is only part of the Certification tests that need to be done for it to become compliant with the EU rules.
  2. I've been in contact with MacGregor since this came to my attention.  JR have come back with the statement that.... "the wiring in a DSX9 is different from (early?) X9303's. Other refinements have been made so this should not be a problem with a DSX9."However, I think that people should check every couple of months just to make absolutely certain in their own mind that all is well.
  3. The warning tells you that the Flight Mode switch or Throttle Hold is in a "dangerous" position.  No data is sent to the receiver whilst that warning is displayed/sounding. It prevents you starting (or trying to start) a Heli in Glight Mode 1 or 2 (aka Idle Up 1/2) as this MAY have been set with a high throttle setting etc etc.
  4. Please remember that the layout is dictated by the "original" system. ie the DX6 was the XP662, the DX7 was the 2720, the DSX9 was the PCM9XII and the 12X 2.4 is based on the original current in service PCM12X as sold in Japan. The DX6i was designed from the "ground up" and therefore the CofG has been made at a different point.
  5. Mike, can you be more specific as to the URL ?  I've looked but cannot find an article on CE compliance.
