  1. My father, who is 91, had the cataracts removed from both his eyes a couple of years ago, (they left a few months between doing each eye), and he now can see without his glasses, which he had worn since he was about 30. So I would say get it done, and enjoy your improved eyesight.
  2. I am using Windows 10 and Edge on Talktalk, and have had no problems at all, despite trying to replicate the problems a lot of you seem to be having.
  3. After several years of control line, my first radio model was a Veron Robot, with an OS 25 and OS Cougar 4 channel radio (had to pay my dad back at 50p a week for the money he loaned me for the radio). Flew at Pontefract Park, I was an original (Junior) member of Pandas, that Robot lasted me long enough to fly solo, but was eventually destroyed when it was shot down by a local model car club giving demo's at the racecourse stand (27mhz in those days) and of course the car demo's were on my frequency, but they never bothered to tell us they were using radio.
  4. Hi, Steve, me again, I have sorted this, I did not know that I had to create a new account in "subscriber services", now I have done that, I can log in.
  5. Hi, Steve, yes, I am logged into both the forum and RCME home, and can see my subscriber ID no, but when I click on "subscriber services", it asks for my e-mail and password, and will not accept either my e-mail or user name to let me log in. Mick.
  6. Hi, Steve, yes, I do have a subscriber ID number, but how does that help me log in to subscriber services? there isn't a box to enter your ID number, just e-mail and password.
  7. I can log into the forums with my e-mail, then into the main site using my screen name, but no combination will let me log into the subscription part of the website. What am I doing wrong? Mick.
  8. I use TalkTalk, and the call blocker is simple to use, but quite a few of the scammers use multiple numbers, and you may have to block several numbers to stop the calls.
  9. I am experiencing no problems, and I am also using edge via Talktalk. Mick
