  1. Just had the same thing on mine, had numerous flights with it and then wouldn't start . Strip it and found the exhaust valve seat had come out, luckily no damage and have refitted it with loctite . I'm allowing it to cure before giving it a go. Also had a broken inlet manifold which appears to be a common fault. I'm running it on valvoline synpower at 30-1. Despite the faults this engine has been perfect for my 45cc chippy and hope to carry on with it.
  2. Yes mine has a DLA 32 and flies fine, half throttle most of the time.I think 45cc is over the top.
  3. Hi Dave,I had a gallon of the old Flair yellow spot in my garage for about 17-18 years, when I got back to flying I just used it,it was fine. The price of the stuff now give it a try.
  4. Hi Richard ,try Park Flyer Plastics.com,their in the US but try not to hold that against them.I have`nt bought anything from them but they seem to have a large selection of droptanks, missile etc, good luck,Paul.
  5. Hi Scott, just recently while flying my parkzone mustang, the motor began stuttering, on landing I checked the battery and it was way down and a long way out of balance. This happened twice to fully charged and balanced turnigy nano tech 3s1300s,They obviously don`t like winter flying. The fact you had some control says to me maybe it was`nt t rx just low power.Unfortanely the battery will be beyond checking.I`ve now learnt that in cold weather shave a few minutes of your normal flying time, cheers Paul.
  6. Losi Mini Plug Pigtail - Battery (2pcs/bag) Hobbyking international site. Already converted mine to 2200 2s lipo. The leads require swapping over as the polarity is wrong, but once done works fine. You will have to remove the battery for charging, don`t use the tx plug.
