  1. Looks like we are going to build the Luton Minor in great numbers, I shall be building one this winter for sure. Tedder.
  2. I agree also with Ron and Simon. Balsa is very expensive, you need to buy enough, but not too much. Tedder.
  3. Variable Pitch is the answere, I wonder who will be the first to produce one, now here is a new line of thought. Tedder.Edited By Tedder on 24/08/2010 20:59:49
  4. Thanks Sparks, No I will not be put off by the negative and I have solved the problem of centre of gravity by fitting the Lipo in the nose, the top and bottom of same I made detachable so battery charging will be dead simple. Tedder.
  5. I am also having conversion job on at the moment, I built and flew the Junior 60 around 1947 at that time it was powered by an E D 2cc Diesel, a great flyer. 63yrs on I am building another, Electric Power this time (Quantum Brushless Outrunner 2814/08) on the advice of  (Inwoods)  3 LI-Po cells, I had to make some drastic changes around the nose in order to do this but I managed to keep the original snub nose apperance. 6. Now we are on the subject of servo's, I am trying to work out the best way to mount and control the Elevator and Rudder of a Kielcraft Junior 60, I built this model when I was in the RAF about 1947.   This time it  will be electric power I am well on way to finishing  it, but I want to rig up the controls before I cover it, any tips.
