  1. No, I think it's best some folk use the right glue gun for the job, and not mess with electrical appliances. 10 out of 10 for thinking. There may well be one available soon
  2. move the fuel tank inside and put a Roy Lever parachute in where the tank went.
  3. For years and years I was guilty of only using rudder on take off, I was cured of this problem when I flew my first Precedent Stampe. I now find myself using the rudder stick even if it is a elevator-aileron only plane. Steve Carr did a really nice basic lesson flight, explaining the stick movements whilst flying one of his large planes.

A rewireable plug may be fitted - though for some reason they must be supplied with connection instructions. (Why, if it's already fitted - as it has to be?!)   8. Oh boy you will have some fun with clunks in the tanks. if the clunk pipe is to long the clunk can vacuum itself to the back of the tank. If you have a hard landing or sudden stop the clunk can jam itself forward giving al sorts of issues I prefer to have fill and vent at the top and turn the plane over to fully empty the tank. If you go down the petrol route it is best to leave some petrol in the tank, they normally have a felt filter for petrol,if it dries out fine fibre particles clog up a fine filter in the carb.

  10. You need to vent the tank during filling or else you will force the fuel out through the carburetor during filling, that is if the carb is open, filing that you may over pressurize the tank and pipes.

Hmm I bet it got hot quick, I thought UK spec was a molded plug was to be fitted to appliances from new   Hmm Having looked at the Plug I have noticed it's the same as an acrylic neon sigh I purchased but never used. perhaps I should chuck it out rather than risk a fire.   12. Differential is achievable with one Central servo, there are many old books out there that shows how to set it up. Of course these days things have gone modern, I still have a tin full of the elavon servo horn mixers.probabbly still worth using on a narrow fuz Edited By bert baker on 15/02/2015 20:01:04

  16. IMOP, Yellow has to be the best color ever invented, makes a plane well easy to see in the air.
  17. I always think of it a being a bit like a motorcyclist putting a knee down. If set up the wrong way round it makes for some horrible flying characteristics. You tell the plane to turn right and it shoves it's nose up and tries to slide the tail into a left turn and then tries to tuck the right wing under as well. If you are a happy to fly on rudder and elevator, why not set the ailerons up slightly wrong so you can feel the difference, and then go back to rudder-elevator if you find it that bad. It is worth taking the time to set differential up

  20. I was told that the zp engines were Zenoah engines but had something like 5 modifications on them to get round some legal stuff. don't really know Redraw it and add some extra bits and rename it. Speak to Replikit they may be able to help
