  1. just as a matter of interest,I bought one of these last year and it's really great,I thought they were good value as well.I'm not in any way connected with the shop at all.
  2. no,it's the micro ar6300,having said that,we finally got to where I can buy them,I've just bought some off them,and if they're right i can order some more. thanks for all the help Timbo,I know I can always count on the forum to sort my problems out.
  3. I looked up the receiver on a couple of shop sites and both descriptions say they are jst sockets.

  5. Thanks Timbo,I've put that site in my favourites,do you happen to know the correct description for those sockets? I'll get convertor leads,then I don't need to change the plug on the servos.

Timbo,thanks for these mods,I like the idea of the light,being an old fart I tend to leave mine switched on quite a bit,specially if a club mate starts chatting or while I'm changing batteries. however,they've all got a good point to them,so if you wouldn't mind sending me the details I'd be grateful.there is just one point I'd like cleared up,I take it you remove the lipo for charging?   vic driver
  8. hi,just caught the thread so here's my small comment. of course there's the old standby,converted pc power supplies.I've been using a six amp charger off one for the last three years.

Hi toni,already done all that and tried changing the port,but it's still unusable,just resting your thumb on the stick has the model going wild and you just can't hold it.but thanks anyway. the thing is it was running perfectly for the four years before on the old computer ,until the upgrade. vic

I use gamebird transmitter that came with easyfly sim,but I have just upgraded my computer and now it is so sensative that it is virtually unflyable,can any tell me how to desensitise it? it was perfectly ok on the old computer,I just wonder if there is a setting I can change.any help apreciated.

  12. can anyone help with the build article from RCME march or april 1967 for the citizen krote sport model.I've just aquired the plan for this and as it was the first rc model I ever built I'd like to see what I can do with it now.
  13. I was talking to one of my customers yesterday and she reckons that add is great cos he kicked the door!!so I suppose that's the sort of level we should expect!
  14. Hi Paul,at the moment we're paying about £100,but the chap we're renting off reckons if we're ok after a year and are willing to pay a bit more He'll put us a hut on there,which sounds good to me!! our little group is up to ten at the moment so it'sonly about a tenner each.
  15. We have a choice of three,my mates back lawn with an open field over the fence,good for small electric and gliders. then the local football pitch for bigger electric.and we've just started to get a gang of us together and rented a field about ten minutes drive where we can fly the screamers

  17. Hi,don't know if anyone can help but I'm looking for a build article.I've just managed to buy the plan for the first rc model I ever built back in april 1967 from a plan in RCME called "citizen Krote". I would be gratefull if either a photocopy or the mag could find it;s way to me. thanks Vic
