  1. are the cad plans still available for this please? trying to find a simple model for a club mas build and this might be the one
  2. i have just read through this entire thread! sooooo much inspiration and useful info. i have recently picked up a stampe which had been flying until recently. i plan to do enough to it to get it flying, test it, and then do a repaint or even a full recover. the model is really for my boy to fly but dont tell him that yet.
  3. i know this thread is nearly a year old but Soar Ahead Sailplanes traditional (non epp) kits are being reintroduced. More in here www.njrmodelling.co.uk and on the facebook page here Cheers Nick Edited By nick reeves 1 on 15/02/2020 19:15:48
  4. i dont know about doing a build log as my builds normally take years!!! ill certainly take pics as i go though. i have a 1/4 spit that is a very long term project but i want that to be really dirtied up and weathered so im going to use this and a fun fighter i have to practice on
  5. i have just read through this thread and im very impressed. i have one of these spits on its way to me, and im planning on building it as a scale hack. having seen this thread i think it will be able to be more detailed than i first thought. im still not sure wether to go leccy or glow. are you planning on doing any weathering or dirty washing?? if so what methods are you going to use??
  6. hi guys, i hope you might be able to help me. i have recently taken a notion for getting a couple of vintage models flying, and then i thought it would be good to have suitably similar vintage Tx's to go with them. i am now the proud owner of 2 M4's and 1 M6. wiring in a FrSky module should be well within my capabilities but im going to have to do a bit more reading on the nano side of things. So, my initial questions are 1/ where is the PPM signal in both the M4 and M6 for the hack module? 2/ ive got a basic understanding of the wiring and magic that happen in the nano, but im not sure how you get the 'code' into the nano. what software do i need on my pc? and is it just cut/paste job?? many thanks in advance nick
