  1. Hi People, Been away from the forum for a while due to ill health. Just getting back in to the tech stuff! Looking for a sample eepe and/or instructions on how to setup my my Taranis Plus (2.1.9) to show and or call out Lipo levels? TIA Shep
  2. As posted in June last year, no symptoms whatsoever but prompted by this thread I requested a PSA test which happily returned ‘0.8 ug/L endorsed Normal - No Action’. In the last month or so I have developed the associated night time pee problems and quite severe constipation, my GP has arranged another PSA test for next Monday, then will arrange a DRE etc., He thinks the constipation might be associated with the suspected prostate issue. I’m nearly 73 and one of six brothers. None of the others have had any similar problems. I’ll come back with progress……………. Shep PS Keith, suggest you take the coin back out of your pocket, just in case!
  3. Posted by Mark Stringer on 22/04/2020 09:51:45: Posted by Eagle 899 on 21/04/2020 18:57:08: Just had three big RAF transport aircraft landing at BHX. We live about four miles to the east, inside the ATZ. Well done chaps Yesterday this was a single C17 Globemaster from 99 Squadron at Brize Norton. They did announce that they woule be doing it via their twitter feed yesterday morning. These and the A400's have been doing this a lot lately doing multiple circuits and touch and gos' at international airports around the country. They say it is not connected to the RAF support to the fight against Corona virus but i assume they are just taking advantage while the airports are so quiet that they can do it. Ah so I saw one doing circuits and bumps, thanks Mark. I'm using FR24 but will have a look at 360Radar

  6. When I joined the RN (FAA) in the sixties smoking was the norm, Blue Liners (Navy cigs) were very cheap and you were the odd one out if you didn't smoke! Seven shillings and six pence for 300 per month if I remember correctly. Flynavy? Edited By Eagle 899 on 22/03/2020 19:23:38

  12. I worked on them (both types) as a very young Air Mech (A&E) at Brawdy in 1965 during my first posting after tech training. Fascinating aircraft with the double Mamba engine(s). Quite a climb to the pilot's cockpit I remember! Edited By Eagle 899 on 25/10/2019 16:49:10

  18. Met an old ex RN friend recently who I hadn't seen for several years. Turns out he took that option three years ago. He has check ups annually and the downside is that he can no longer rise to the occasion, but as he's eighty, he isn't too concerned about that, still enjoys a tot and feels fine.
  19. I got the PSA test result print out this afternoon........0.8 ug/L endorsed Normal - No Action Splice the mainbrace
