  2. Posted by J D 8 on 04/12/2020 11:34:07: Thanks Maurice, It was a while ago I saw it . Having seen film of a Lanc dropping one from higher up and getting it's tail hit by the splash one just knew what the A 26 was doing was a bad idea. Cheers JD..... its just my anorak character....
  3. Posted by J D 8 on 04/12/2020 08:48:32: Seen that film of an American aircraft dropping a bouncing bomb to low, A Martin Marauder I think.   Close JD, it was an A-26 not a B-26. Douglas A-26 Invader. Happened in the US with I think a US copy of a Highball weapon..... Edited By maurice northcott on 04/12/2020 11:07:34
  4. Great news Richard. Do you mean that the one kit will incorporate the option of bomber or fighter version or are they separate kits? If the latter I would like the fighter version please. Many thanks...

  11. As one of the silent majority that sit and read the threads on here, to me this is a fantastic thread. An added bonus is because it is on one of my favourite aircraft. Great modelling Eric and you are making it very interesting. So much so that I am now, herewith putting my name down for one of these 88 kits please Richard, because I want to be sure of being at the right end of the queue. Keep up the good work Eric and you too Richard........

  19. Yep had a fantastic day there on Sunday. Watched great flying and met loads of old(er) mates and made some new ones. Mooched around the Retailers and had some good purchases and chats/laughs with them too - great to put faces to names and/or disembodied voices on phones. Another great big THANK YOU to the BMFA and all others involved in the arrangements.
