I do like the Flair DVII but never been able to get my hands on one. I like the colour scheme of yours especially with the decent lozenge camo. My SFM ones fly lovely so am sure this will be even better, enjoy. -

E-Flite Hurricane refresh; can’t beat an old fashioned tug (post war) to brighten up the flying field. -
Hi Rocker, I run an APC 12x6 with my Hurricane, everything else is stock with a 3s 3200 and she flies really nicely.

war birds,FMS or DYNAM,Which are the best brand?

FMS or Freewing, depends if you are after a specific type of aircraft. I have one of each; Freeewing Mustang repainted and an FMS Yak 130 repainted too. Both fly well, look good and were what I’d hoped they’d be. For the more special aircraft I agree you have to build them yourself and that is where I have had the most satisfaction, especially the WW1 aircraft where there is a very limited foamie offering. You are right, it isn’t a Yak 3 but it was a modified aircraft for use in a 1974 film (Only Old Men are Going To Battle - available on Amazon Prime) about a Yak squadron and took it’s looks from all the Yak 1,3 7 and 9 apparently when reading the Museum bumf. Almost 2 years on and she still flies well but the covering was tired and starting to tear away flight by flight so I decided to give her a refresh. Nice and simple, Winter is coming! Edited By Simon Knight on 14/12/2018 15:46:10

A few days to go for a couple of nice aircraft if you are interested: **LINK** This link is for my DVII, there are other items listed too -
I use a mix of methods but very similar to the above shown and described. I don't hang my IC nose down and have never had an issue. The P47 started well enough after almost 12 months in that corner the other week. I hang my tissue covered models in doors to avoid the moisture in the garage.

Evening all, as per my other thread regards not enough space, I am now clearing out some bits. Aircraft today, accessories to follow tomorrow once I work out the P&P costs. Models will come on line one at a time from 1900 this evening to spread their auction ending next Sunday. There are some buy now prices but all are collection only. Tried adding links but they don't work yet. Will try again later. Edited By Simon Knight on 18/11/2018 18:02:07
