iveplenty of new genuine Spectrum receivers because I bought a load of genuine ones.Unfortunately my transmitter was repaired and returned with no battery so I cant use it spectrum kept it

my DX6 failed before it was 12 months old.I sent itoff in March.No response whatsoever.2 months later it was returned ,a fault found and repaired free of charge.I cant use it they kept my lipo battery and again no response at my request to return it.So without a Spectrum transmitter most of this year

hi Gents The Beard here Stephen Grigg havent been on here for awhile and this isnt the sort of first post I wanted to make but felt people need to know about Nitrotek.Suddenty I was receiving cookies everywhere advertising rc modelaircraft and my interest was with Dynam models so I purchased one from Nitrotek.I had problemswith the build in that electical items didnt work mainly a retract.I was unable to get anywhere with Nitrotek,they refuse to speak with you and you need to E Mail your complaint and they raise a complaint tivket.I was able to get parts from kings Lynn models easily so soon had the model in the air.Ive continued to try and resolve my issues with Nitrotek without success just being given the run around They finally came back to me today telling me I have to pay for the new parts .They break every rule there is where the sale of goods act 2015 and I just wanted to warn people please dont deal with this company .Unfortunately I failed to read the reviews about them .Im sure if the model purchsed works its fine but no after sales customer service if you have a problem
