  1. Why change it? because it's fun..making a model with your personal spec's and taste it the fun part of building. it's like having two hobbies instead as one, building and flying. anyway i'm still thinking if i do the mods or not, reading your msg to my answer i tempted to leave it as a 3 channel model, but does anyone here build one ? doesn't seem to be a popular model....well after all it's a trainer. but i would like to see a flight review of this model anyway here is the progress so far http://www.modelflying.co.uk/albums/member_album.asp?a=23269 regards Daniel
  2. Hello to all i've just started to build a bushwacker ,and i'm still in the early building stages. i started with he fuselage and i trying to add some optionals to the bushwacker. i'm planning to build it to accept I.C power and E power as well. i'm thinking to build a removable tail too does anyone can tell me how the model fly's with 3 channel only? i never had a 3 channel model so i dont know how they behave. i was considering to add barn doors ailerons but should i leave the dihedral as it is? since know the building i s really fun, the model is quite simple to build. i love the retro style of it and should be nice to have something relaxed to fly cheers Daniel
  3. the tucano it's nice but correct me if i'm wrong , if i remember the tucano's wing is permanently attached to the fuselage. so the whizzza for me is more versatile with the detacttable wing plus looking to a video on youtube it has a very nice speed range. go whizzza!
  4. the piel emeraude is a nice subject very similar to the cap 10 which is one of my favorite's too. well maybe one day peter will make us happy...not that he didin't Thanks for these wonderfull subject's pete regards Daniel
  5. 1) The Kwik Fly mk3 not too difficult to build, hence the name (quick fly) suitable even for a 46glow or 55 even elecrtric i think , it will not cost an arm and a leg to build, fun even for experienced flyers. 2) Peter miller Harlequin super simple design, similar to a carlgoldberg falcon
  6. it's going to be a winner for sure! are you planning to do the fuselage fairings? regards Daniel
  7. tim and netty you both really have fantastic skills in build AND in covering, what's the secret? regards Daniel
  8. that type of wing section is a big motivator for me, actually i love it. simple and very helpful in the building process. it is possible to build it without the aid of a wing jig, just make sure you have a nice flat building board. every time i open a plan and see that type of wing section its a plus bonus to start building. onestly i hate to use rib tabs   regards Daniel
