  3. Well I suppose I have to say more than me too!!! I have a Scorpio Texan kit ( yet to be built ) of extremely high quality for electric motors ( 400 geared or brushless direct drive ) this is of depron construction to the highest standards. When I get the time to build it I will post some details of the construction etc.

Hi, from my point of view I would say that if you intend to do anything other than simple three channel park flying, go for the twinstar, as ailerons give you much more control over the plane (you don't have to use the rudder) and also you may have to switch to a different stick arrangement when you change from trainers like the E* to anything with ailerons. The twinstar is a big aircraft which also in my opinion makes it much easier for a beginner as smaller aircraft (not the E* which is a good size) can get out of good vision for orentation very quickly.
