GrumpyGnome
Just got myself a Blade CP Pro 2 off Als - £under 90 including P&P! Absolutely everything you need is in the box. Most impressive based on previous experience.... Piccolo FP - practically uncontrollable Piccolo CP - controllable but fragile Dolphin - fun but kept breaking Eolo - fun but based on old technology Hummingbird - streets better than Piccolo but inconsistent electrics Baron - fun but scared to crash it ! Few CX jobbies - too limited Walkera 4#3 - real hoot but very chalenging. Only hovered the Blade and gently moved around the back garden but this is miles and miles better than anything else I've had. Highly recommended. Wonder how long it'll be before the postie has to start delivering small packages in padded envelopes
David Ashby - Moderator
LOL, that's an interesting list. I had one of the first Piccolos and found it uncontrollable too GG.

GrumpyGnome
Hi ceejay - yes get one. Beware though, CP machines are much more fragile than FP ones ............ Posties on his way with two packages for me: * Paddles for the Walkera - lost one in the garden ! * Blades for the Blade
GrumpyGnome
These seem to be reduced in lots of places now, including Galaxy Models & Hobbies and Sussex Model Centre (and others no doubt !). Postie arrived with paddles for Walkera but everyone is out of stock for Blade blades - bummer. Forums suggest any 300 size blades will work OK so trawling on-line shops now.............. GrumpyGnome
Seems to be a world-wide shortage of blades for this little beauty. And they're an odd size ! I've put som cheapo wooden blades off ebay on mine now - a tad longer than the eflite ones (about 20mm per blade) but they work OK. Cheap too - under a fiver a pair ! Lovely little machine.
