As I was in no great rush for the items I sent off an email at 1745hrs. Received a full and complete explanation at 1823hrs. Less than 45 minutes for a response is fantastic service, especially as it was a Sunday. Goods dispatched Monday, received Tuesday. OK the Post office played there part in that one. But from first contact to delivery in under 48hrs is awesome. And it was not even a massive order, 3 props coming to just over £35.00. I for one will be using Klass Kote again.
