Peter Miller
I see that Wee Mad Arthur, a plan in another magazine has ben credited to a Paul Jubb. Never heard of him. However in the specification box it does give the correct designers name.
Tim Mackey
Paul Jubb is a well known local ( North Wales ) slope flyer, who tends to specialize ( and very well ) in scale models, with the occasional fast mouldie thrown in.
Peter Miller
Well, he has been credited with designing Wee Mad Arthur in the latest RC Model Flyer. Not his fault I know.

Peter Miller
43" span, .15 powered. Could be called Son of Harlequin. C/L? Hard to choose, there were an awful lot never published that I liked, Some of my fully aerobatic biplanes, Possibly Dancing Girl published by MAN in the 70s. R/C again so hard to choose. Possibly my CAP 21.This is probably why my next model is going to be the CAP 20L.

Eck
A model named after one of the Nac MacFeegle? Bound to be a hooligan's delight, then!

Eck
Of course, but valued for his ability to run up a miscreant's trouser leg and kick him around the kneecaps! Will we see a "Nobby Nobbs" model in the future? No-one quite knows what it is, but it smells funny and travels sideways.......
Peter Miller
I have a letter from Terry Pratchett in which he says: I have a long term plan for how Leonard will get airborne, involving a little lateral thinking, but I must say that the vision of Nobby sitting astride 1,000 pounds of knotted rubber is one that I shall try to resist. IT was about that time that I saw a man carrying rubber powered aircraft on TV. IT was to be wound by a tractor and was controlled by a radio Tx to servos operating servos. Never heard if it ever flew.
kc
I saw a man carrying rubber powered aircraft at Old Warden last weekend................In fact there were many men carrying their planes around! I think this is all about Paul Jubb getting his 15 minutes of fame. The model looks a bit Dusty to me.........
