Alan Cantwell
just checking, we get quite a few that did not get beyond basic learner stage, they generally try to bite off more than they could chew, no problems with you though!!! things have changed a bit in 30 years, but 2 of the planes you mention are still here,
Peter Etherington 1
Started with the old control line then onto 27 meg then bought myself a 35 meg (yellow) skyleader. I believe its 2.4 now and binding? I see that a lot of kit suppliers now sell kits with th servos already installed. I assume that you just pop in your receiver and bat and away you go. Peter Etherington 1
Just youtubed the Zephyr and boy does that baby go! That wing must be under some loading for a piece of foam. About £86 I believe.
Simon Chaddock
Peter I think you will find the wing strength is courtesy of a carbon fibre spar.
