Nope - you are definitely not too late and it would make a very good first build. There will be at least 60 people holding your hand and guiding your scalpel.. Donald Marriott
Question, Probably I am rather premature, has there been a site agreed for a mass fly -in , if so ,I have not come accross it to date. Donald Marriott Number
Biggles' Elder Brother - Moderator
Hi Donald, I have written a sort of "Beginners Guide" to the Mass Build here. It should answer your questions. Can I just remind everyone - this thread is for sign ups only please, general chat should be in the Chat Thread located here. Thanks BEB PS Donald you have a PM from me about another post you made but haven't spotted it yet! Don't worry, not a problem, just some advice! Doug
Count me in, I have been wanting to build this since it first came out. I just found my May 2003 issue with plan and copy of Nigel's building pictorial. Thanks, Doug Logg

Trevor Rushton
The parts arrived on Thursday - great service! Pleased to say that the ply dihedral braces were fine (some complaints on earlier posts) and the triangular stock was included in the wood pack. I've not checked to see if the plan has been corrected. I'm very pleased with the quality of the cut parts - just hope I can do them justice. Ian Newton
I did vote for the Tucano and I am already building the Fuse. Better sign up though I suppose!
alec james
My Tucano is ready to go,built is two years ago, just finished changing it to 2.4 gig.
John Hannaford
I may not be able to attend the fly-in, but my Tucano will have 3000 miles on the bits before they get assembled in the sandpit. The duration of the flight thereafter may be measured in moments, but I have no fear of rekitting - as I enjoy the building. John
M4Maverick
Hi, Just signing up, bit late but have been bed bound for a while but hope to be back on my feet soonish. Kit has arrived but not really in a position to look at it yet, but the reports of quality don't sound too promissing ! Will have to do some catching up once I am able to get around again but one the other hand there are going to be lots of other tasks behind schedule which will demand some time also. Best regards Mike
Mowerman
Despite my good intensions at the time i signed up for the Tucano build I now find that I will not be joining in. Various factors have delayed the start so the project is now 'on the back burner'. Edited By Mowerman on 19/04/2013 16:00:
