I would like a Tiger Moth to go with my DB Tinker Biplane that is still flying.

As for Tiger Moths attacking Battle Ships this is the best I can do !!!

[1.0] The Aerial TorpedoThey did have success in converting de Havilland Tiger Moth trainer biplanes to ... and also made short work of a old French battleship used as a target. ...

Yes I know this !!!!!

In 1937 a Tiger Moth was converted into a radio controlled "Queen Bee" drone to test the High Angle Control System (HACS) which was a gun control system used to control guns to fire at bombers attacking ships. The reasoning was that bombers had to fly straigth and level in order to hit a ship with a bomb, so that they would be susceptible to the HACS (unlike planes that flew evasive trajectories). The Tiggie in question flew straight and level at 85 knots around the British Mediterranean fleet for over half an hour without being hit by the HACS controlled guns.

Oh, and can I have the Tiggie model too please?

 Cheers, BJ
