Roger 2
Hi Pete I also built the DB Cirrus Moth just over a year ago. I can tell you now you will be pleased with the way it flies, it has great presence in the air and will give you confidence in it. It will make you use the rudder though. I cheated and used silver and blue solartex, also being a "crinkley" nitro head...... ( it gets to you in time) I used a 52FS . Pete B
Er, sorry, Martin - no further progress with the DH60 to report. It's boxed up waiting for the day...... Seven years - wow! Pete

Pete B
There's been a lot of water under the bridge since then - don't hold up your build on my behalf! Pete
martin collins 1
Nothing being held up here except the fact that it is a die cut rather than a modern laser cut kit, some of the ribs need releasing with a no11 blade and then they all require a bit of a clean up, you forget how much quicker it is nowadays with the modern kits........... Stuphedd
Must have overlooked this thread, ( for a few years ) It would have helped me build mine at begining of the year. It was an old unopened kit given to me over Christmas !Flies well , but a bit boring ! I decided that the Genet engine version would make it a bit different .
